As Senior Program Associate at Kindred Futures, William designs and leads capacity-building programs that empower small businesses and business-serving organizations. He excels in guiding program infrastructure development, facilitating workshops, and forming strategic partnerships with anchor institutions and community stakeholders.

Previously, as Director of Programs, Quality Improvements & Operations at Future Foundation, William managed high-performing teams, streamlined operations, and implemented data-driven quality improvement practices. His strategic oversight enhanced organizational performance and strengthened donor relationships, generating sustainable funding streams.
